Roaring on the Fairgrounds Truck and Tractor Pull Set for July 16 in Moulton

Decatur, Ala. – The public is invited to witness a night of exciting tractor and truck pulling and dirt throwing action when the Roaring on the Fairgrounds makes its first appearance in the North Alabama town of Moulton. Sponsored by Muddy Waters, Roaring on the Fairgrounds is set for Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the Moulton Lions Club Fairgrounds.

Hosted by Moulton Lions Club, the Roaring on the Fairgrounds Truck and Tractor Pull is a Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League sanctioned event promoted by the Mid-South Pullers Association. Come see the U.S.’s premiere tractor pulling series, the popular Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League, which tours the country showcasing the most extreme vehicles and the most talented pulling drivers in the world. There are five sanctioned classes: pro stock four wheel drives, super farm tractors, light weight super stock tractors, light limited super stock tractors and limited pro-stock tractors. Truck and tractor pulling is known as the world's most powerful motorsport due to the multi-engine modified tractor pullers and is the only motorsport where victory is measured by distance.

Plenty of food will be available from the concession stand and everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

Gates open at 5 p.m. with the action set to begin at 7 p.m. Admission is $15 for 16 years old and older, $10 for children 6 to 15 years old and free admission for 5 years old and younger. The Lions Club Fairgrounds is located at 455 School Street in Moulton, Ala.
